If you are trying to apply to college, it might be in your best interest to speak to a college counselor, who can go over the things that you will need to do in order to place your application, while at the same time giving you advice on how to prepare your papers. The way that you apply is going to have a huge factor in whether or not you get into the school, especially when it comes to answering specific questions and writing your essay. Some schools do not require an essay or other things like this, but some schools will absolutely have to interview you in order to make a determination as to whether they want to bring you on board or not.

Your best bet is to get hooked up with a college counselor that you can speak to, which you can almost always find at your school, although there are outside college counselors as well. They will help you to figure out where you want to end up going to school, where you likely are going to get in if you do put in an application and what specifically you are going to have to do for each school in regards to your application and the steps you need to take.
